The vegetables that have received plenty of stories about the blessings of the land of Yakushima are full of the deep energy that is born from this land. I loved these beautiful vegetables and wanted to share them, so I started a small shop on the hills of Yakushima and Takahira. Please come and meet the energy of this earth. The dishes are made with plenty of seasonal Yakushima vegetables.
